Detailed Information: Tongkat Ali (sometimes known as Longjack) is widely used in the bodybuilding community.  Increased testosterone levels in the body result in anabolic metabolism which promotes muscle gain, increased strength and fat burning.  It also increases energy production in the body by incresing ATP (Adenoside Triphosphate), an energy-rich chemical this is responsible for nearly all the energy production in the body.  During times of physical effort we can use up our ATP faster than we can replace it and we become fatigued.  By increasing ATP production, Tongkat Ali raised energy levels, reduces fatigue and heightens mental alertness.
